Job summary

Attega Group Ltd. is seeking a Trainee HGV Drainage Engineer to join the stockport area team. You will operate a High Pressure Water Jetting / Vacuum Tanker Unit and perform drainage maintenance on commercial sites.

A Full UK driving licence (HGV Class 2) and CPC are required, with full training provided; nights and away work may be involved. The role offers a basic salary of £32,760 per year plus company benefits including pension contributions and 20 days’ holidays plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires HGV Class 2 licence and FULL CPC qualification.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
• No tanker experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work 50 hours per week (days/nights) with occasional stays away.

Basic salary of £32,760 P/A + overtime at time and a half

Full time Permanent 50 hour contract per week (1 hour unpaid lunch) Predominantly Days Night Work Early Starts & Stay Away work

Attega Group are looking for a Trainee HGV Drainage Engineer to work in a full time, permanent role in the Stockport area.

You will be responsible for operating a Combination High Pressure Water Jetting / Vacuum Tanker Unit, carrying out a range of drainage maintenance and cleaning tasks across commercial and industrial sites.

In return, we are offering an a basic salary of £32,760 P/A and various company benefits including pension contribution and 20 days holidays + bank holidays.

Requirements for the HGV Drainage Engineer:

• A valid HGV Class 2 Licence
• FULL CPC Qualification
• A strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork
• No prior tanker experience full training provided

Full training and certification will be provided in:

• High Pressure Water Jetting
• Confined Space Entry
• Plus, many other industry-recognised courses to support your development
• Night working, additional hours & working away is also required

The ideal Trainee HGV Drainage Engineer must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and Class 2 HGV licence!
