Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HGV1/LGV1/C+E/Class One Shunter driver for a client site in West Bromwich. 1800 start times, Monday to Friday, average 10 hour shifts, reporting to the site to collect the unit and perform on-site shunting at Bilston.

The role requires a non-expired HGV1/LGV1/C+E licence, CPC card, tachograph card, at least 6 months licence history, and a clean driving record. Pay £20.17 per hour PAYE with weekly pay and holiday accrual.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV1/LGV1/C+E/Class One licence and CPC card.
• Digital tachograph card held and in date.
• Licence held for at least 6 months with no major convictions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out 20–50 trailer moves per night.
• Collect the unit on site in West Bromwich and perform shunting at Bilston.
• 1800 start times; average 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One Shunter Driver Required

Our long standing client based in West Bromwich, are urgently seeking a HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One Shunter

As a HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One Shunter driver, your duties incude the following:

• 1800 start times Monday to Friday - Average 10 hour shifts
• Initially reporting to their site in West Bromwich to collect the unit then travelling down to Bilston to carry out onsite shunting duties
• Carrying out between 20 to 50 trailer moves per night

The ideal HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One Shunter driver will have the following:

• A valid HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One driving licence
• A valid and in date driver CPC card
• A valid and in date digital tachograph card
• You must have held your HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One licence for at least 6 months and have atleast
• No major driving convictions on your licence

The successful HGV1/LGV1/Category C+E/Class One Shunter driver can expect the following:

• A highly competetive hourly rate of £20.17 per hour - PAYE - This is including holiday pay, we also have the option on accrued holiday
