Job summary

Adler & Allan are seeking an HGV Operative/Technician in Little Hulton, Manchester. The role combines hands-on driving with remedial works such as tank installations, jetting, and spill clean-ups. Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence required (ADR preferred but not essential).
• Experience with RAMS documentation.
• Experience with tachograph and vehicle checks; training available.

Responsibilities

• Tanker driving using HGV/Class 2 and Class 1 vehicles.
• High-pressure water jetting and spill clean-ups.
• Groundworks, remedial works and tank uplifts.
• Tank/interceptor installation, servicing and inspections.
• Spill response and industrial cleaning duties.
• Assist emergency response teams when needed.
• Training to national grid & rail standards.
