Job summary

Brian Currie Ltd in Daventry is seeking an experienced HGV Foreman to oversee our workshop operations. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure high quality and safe practice.

This role combines hands-on technical involvement with people leadership, requiring strong communication and organisational skills. You will work 48 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 18:00–06:30, with training and development opportunities.

The Role

Join our team as a HGV Foreman where you will oversee the operations of our workshop. As the Workshop Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards in all workshop activities.
