Job summary

Freightliner Ltd in Southampton is seeking an experienced LGV Class 1 Driver (Tramper) to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering containers to and from the Southampton depot across the UK, on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate should hold a Class 1 licence (max 6 points), CPC (DQC) card, container transport experience, and a willingness to work flexible hours while maintaining high English proficiency. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Hold a current and valid Class 1 driving licence (max 6 points).
• Hold full CPC qualification (DQC card).
• Have experience of transporting containers.
• ADR Licence desirable.
• Be flexible with working hours.
• Have good comprehension of written and spoken English.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced LGV Class 1 Driver (Tramper) to join our team in Southampton. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering containers to and from Southampton depot across the UK.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Hold a current and valid Class 1 driving licence (max 6 points).
• Hold full CPC qualification (DQC card)
• Have experience of transporting containers
• Ideally hold ADR Licence
• Be flexible with working hours
• Have good comprehension of written and spoken English
