Job summary

Freightliner Group Ltd in Southampton is seeking an experienced LGV Class 1 Driver (Tramper) to join our team. You will deliver containers to and from the Southampton depot across the UK, as a full-time, permanent role.

Ideal candidates will hold a current Class 1 driving licence (max 6 points) and a valid CPC, with container-transport experience; ADR licence is a plus. We offer a competitive pay, overtime and weekend work, life insurance and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Current Class 1 driving licence with max 6 points.
• Full CPC qualification (DQC card).
• Experience transporting containers.
• ADR licence preferred.
• Flexible with working hours.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to and from Southampton depot across the UK.
• Ensure safe handling and timely deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle standards and paperwork as required.
