Job summary

Driver Hire Southend & Basildon is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for container tramping, mainly from London Gateway, Felixstowe and Southampton, with regular, consistent work and early starts.

This full-time role offers PAYE, a company pension and the potential to boost earnings through weekend work, with annual earnings up to £60,000+.

Qualifications

• Class 1 (C+E) licence is required.
• Previous HGV experience is essential.
• Container experience is preferred.
• Reliable and flexible candidates are sought.
• Willingness to maximise hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 container tramping operations.
• Work from London Gateway, Felixstowe & Southampton with regular, consistent hours.

We are looking for experienced Class 1 trampers to join our container operation.

Working predominantly from London Gateway, Felixstowe & Southampton - regular consistent work.

We are looking for reliable, flexible drivers who understand the nature of container haulage and are comfortable with the early starts and late finishes that come hand in hand with the job.

Pay

Monday-Friday: approximately £950 gross per week

Saturday or Sunday work available, increasing weekly earnings to approximately £1,170+ gross

£49,000-£60,000+ annual earning potential.
