Job summary

Trinity Personnel Ltd seeks an experienced HGV Driver Training & Assessment Lead for a specialist transport business. The role focuses on driver assessments, inductions, training and ongoing competency development, collaborating with Transport and Compliance teams to uphold high safety and regulatory standards.

You will conduct Category C and C+E assessments, deliver inductions and refresher training, coach drivers on safe driving and vehicle operations, and maintain thorough records to drive

Qualifications

• Full Category C+E licence (3+ years)
• Current Driver CPC
• Strong recent professional HGV driving experience
• Confident assessing and coaching other drivers
• Knowledge of drivers’ hours, tachographs and road transport legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to challenge unsafe practices professionally
