Job summary

Pertemps Gloucester is seeking experienced Freelance HGV Coaches, Assessors and Instructors to join our dedicated training team. You will deliver high-quality HGV driver coaching and on-road assessments for a variety of clients, with opportunities to progress to delivering the PRIM 5-Day Coach and Assessor Training.

Roles involve working across client contracts, travel to depots or delivery offices, flexible schedules, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Proven on-road training or assessments experience (HGV essential).
• Strong communication and coaching skills on road and in classroom.
• Willing to undertake interview and assessment of coaching/presentation abilities.
• Ability to give clear, structured feedback and foster learner progression.
• Flexible travel to client and depot locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one driver coaching and assessments in category B vehicles at Royal Mail Delivery Offices or at BT Openreach sites
