Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting for a Driver Assessor / Driver Trainer role paying £40,000 per year on a full-time permanent basis. The position starts at 06:00am and involves assessing drivers, delivering coaching and training, and ensuring safety and compliance within the transport operation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Full C+E Class 1 HGV Licence, have at least 5 years of commercial driving experience, and possess a recognised Driver Assessor qualification and CPC card.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Strong knowledge of Driver CPC and Tachograph requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess commercial drivers and identify training needs.
• Deliver on-road and classroom-based training.
• Maintain training records and matrices.
• Monitor driver compliance and performance.
