Job summary

Müller UK & Ireland is recruiting a Driver Trainer for Severnside Depot (GL10 2DG). You will conduct driver assessments, inductions and ongoing development training, including CPC and fuel‑efficient driving techniques, while promoting safety culture and ensuring compliance across routes and equipment.

You’ll work with transport and compliance teams, support post‑incident training, and maintain accurate records. Take part in safety roadshows and national events as needed.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 licence (LGV Cat C+E) with CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence; CDs, DDs, DRs or INs not accepted.
• Able to carry out pre-employment driver assessments, inductions and ongoing development training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-employment driver assessments for Permanent and Agency drivers.
• Support Health and Safety culture and campaigns on site.
• Deliver driver development, including Safe & Fuel-Efficient Driving linked to KPIs.
