The Ashcourt Group is seeking drivers to join its Concrete Mixer fleet in the Scunthorpe area. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, with overtime paid at £22.12 per hour beyond the first 45 hours, and a monthly bonus.

This role requires a valid HGV Cat C license, Tachograph card, CPC qualification, at least 1 year of Concrete Mixer driving experience, a maximum of 6 points, and valid right to work in the UK.

Mansioni

• To operate HGV Cat C vehicles, following all HGV driver & traffic laws.
• To operate the vehicle safely and professionally.
• To drive long or short distances as required.
• To help plan schedules & routes with your line manager.
• To follow traffic reports and adapt routes as necessary.
• To conduct accurate & thorough pre-use defect/cleanliness inspections of your vehicle.
• To complete proof of deliveries on a tablet.
• To ensure vehicle cab is kept in a clean & tidy condition.

Salary: £14.75 per hour + Overtime and monthly bonus!

Location: Scunthorpe area, Lincolnshire

We are expanding our team and are currently hiring drivers to join our Concrete Mixer fleet!

As a Driver at Ashcourt, you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week. Overtime for this role is paid at a rate of £22.12 per hour for any hours worked beyond the first 45!

Key responsibilities:

• To operate HGV Cat C vehicles, following all HGV driver & traffic laws
• To operate the vehicle safely and professionally
• To drive long or short distances as required
• To help plan schedules & routes with your line manager
• To follow traffic reports and adapt routes as necessary
• To conduct accurate & thorough pre-use defect/cleanliness inspections of your vehicle
• To complete proof of deliveries on a tablet
• To ensure vehicle cab is kept in a clean & tidy condition
