Job summary

The Ashcourt Group is expanding its Concrete Mixer driver fleet in the Scunthorpe area. Join our team to work 40 hours per week, with overtime paid after 45 hours at £22.12 per hour and a £14.75 base hourly rate.

You will operate HGV Cat C vehicles, complete deliveries, and help with planning routes with your line manager; required CPC, tachograph card, and a valid HGV Cat C license, with up to six points and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Cat C license and CPC qualification required.
• Tachograph card and right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Concrete Mixer driver.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Cat C vehicles in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Drive long or short distances and plan routes with your line manager.
• Complete deliveries on a tablet and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Conduct pre-use inspections and adapt routes to traffic reports.
• Keep the cab clean and ensure safe, professional operation.
