Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Class 1 HGV Driver for Avonmouth. You will be responsible for delivering goods to storefronts, performing multi-drop runs on site, and maintaining vehicle safety and compliance with road regulations.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 1 licence with Driver CPC, a Digital Tachograph Card, and a minimum of 3 months Class 1 experience. On-site parking and a pension scheme are offered, with flexible patterns discussed at interview.

Shift patterns: Thursday - Monday 17:00 - 20:00 start time
Location: SWROC Avonmouth, BS35 4DF

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Driving in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• You will be delivering to various storefronts which will be offloading roller cages
• Complying with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Regular completion of vehicle checks
• Manual handling of customer products

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• You will have minimum 3 months class 1 driving experience as this is essential
• Happy to fulfill a multidrop role working for multiple companies on site
