Job summary

Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for professional Class 1 (Category C+E) drivers to support a busy transport operation carrying out trunking and RDC deliveries across the South West and beyond.

This role offers flexible ad-hoc day and night shifts with weekly PAYE pay, ongoing ad-hoc work, and a supportive transport team to help you fit around your availability.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 1 licence with Category C+E.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• A minimum of 6 months' Class 1 driving experience.
• Experience with trunking or RDC deliveries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Class 1 trunking and RDC deliveries.
• Move loaded trailers between depots, distribution centres and customer sites.
• Carry out trailer swaps where required.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately.
• Ensure compliance with Drivers' Hours, Working Time and Tachograph regulations.
• Minimal manual handling; loads mainly forklift loaded/unloaded.
• Local and regional routes available.
• Ad-hoc day and night shifts to suit business requirements.

Driver Hire Bristol is recruiting for professional Class 1 (Category C+E) Drivers to support a busy transport operation carrying out trunking and RDC deliveries across the South West and beyond. The Role:

• Complete Class 1 trunking and RDC deliveries
• Move loaded trailers between depots, distribution centres, and customer sites

• Minimal manual handling, with the majority of loads loaded and unloaded by forklift

• Ad-hoc day and night shifts to suit business requirements

What You'll Need:
