Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions on behalf of a long-standing client in Stafford is urgently seeking HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E drivers.

You'll work 5/6 shifts out of 7, with start times between 2000 and 0300, performing up to 4 drops per shift to various DCs, with palletised loads moved to the rear of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Licence held for at least 6 months (HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E)
• Minimum 6 months experience within this period
• No major driving convictions on licence
• Valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

Responsibilities

• Drive curtain or box sided vehicle
• Start times between 2000 and 0300, 5/6 shifts out of 7
• Carry out up to 4 x drops per shift to various DCs and client depots
• Loads are palletised; move pallets to rear of vehicle

HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E Driver

Our long standing client based in Stafford are urgently seeking a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E Drivers

As a HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E Driver, your duties will include:

• Driving either a curtain or box sided vehicle
• Any start time between 2000 and 0300 working most 5/6 shifts out of 7
• Carrying out up to 4 x drops per shift to various DCs and client's own depots
• All loads are palletised therefore you will be expected to move the pallet to the rear of the vehicle

The ideal HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E Driver will have the following:

• Held your HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E licence for atleast 6 months and have a minimum 6 months experience within this period
• Hold no major driving convictions on your licence
• Have a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

For the succesful HGV1/LGV1/Class1/ClassOne/Category C+E Driver, you can expect the following:

• A highly competetive pay rate of between £19.05ph to £21.29ph (PAYE)
