Job summary

Top Gear Recruitment Solutions is seeking skilled HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Category C drivers for our client based near Hams Hall. This role involves delivering stairs, doors and linings to building sites, with shifts Monday to Friday starting between 05:00 and 07:00.

You must hold a HGV2/LGV2/Class2 licence for at least 12 months, have a valid CPC and tachograph card, and have no major convictions. The position offers a pay rate of £17.93 per hour PAYE with weekly pay and holiday pay included.

Qualifications

• Hold HGV2/LGV2/Class2 licence for at least 12 months.
• No major driving convictions on licence.
• Valid CPC and digital tachograph card.

Responsibilities

• Drive a curtain sider HGV 2 vehicle.
• Deliver stairs, doors and linings to building sites.
• No handball; forklift loading/unloading not required.
• Use ratchet straps to secure loads.

Job description

Our prestigious client based in Hams Hall are urgently seeking a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver

As a HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver, your duties will include:

• Driving a curtain sider HGV 2 Vehicle
• Shifts Monday to Friday starting between 05:00-07:00
• Delivering stairs, doors and linings to building sites
• No Handball, all forklifted on and off
• Use of rachet straps to secure loads
• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Nights out will be required/ Tramping

The ideal HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver will have the following:

• Held your HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C licence for at least 12 months and have a minimum 6 months experience within this period
• Hold no major driving convictions on your licence
• Have a valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card

For the successful HGV2/LGV2/Class2/Classtwo/Category C Driver, you can expect the following:

• A highly competitive pay rate of £17.93ph (PAYE) including holiday pay.
