Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking an experienced HGV Class C Driver to join the Bourne-based transport team. You will be responsible for completing scheduled delivery and collection routes, ensuring goods are transported safely, efficiently and on time while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Flexible start times between 3:00am and 12:00pm, weekend rota work, and ongoing training are included as part of a stable, long-term position offering excellent earning potential and career

Qualifications

• Class C (Category C) Driving Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification.
• Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous HGV driving experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily delivery and collection routes.
• Load and unload goods as required.
• Ensure deliveries are on time and accurate.
• Obtain customer signatures and complete delivery documentation.
• Liaise with customers professionally.
• Maintain regular communication with Transport team.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company procedures.
