Job summary

Metafora Transport Limited is seeking HGV Class 2 skip drivers for AM shifts in the Uxbridge area, supporting a busy waste and skip hire operation. Immediate start is available for the right candidate, with ongoing, regular work through a well-established client.

You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C) for at least six months, and skip loading/driving experience is preferred. Training is provided, and you should have a clean licence with minimal minor endorsements.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence held for at least 6 months.
• Previous skip loading/driving experience preferred.
• Training provided.
• No major offences on licence (no DR, DD).
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Good knowledge of Guildford/Surrey area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles.
• Load and unload skips as required.
• Maintain safe driving practices and timely deliveries.

We're recruiting HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers for our client, a busy waste and skip hire operation based in Uxbridge.

Pay Rates:

• £21.00 per hour Monday to Friday
• £22.00 per hour Weekends & Bank Holidays

Shift Pattern: AM shifts

Requirements:

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence held for a minimum of 6 months
• Previous skip loading/driving experience ideal
• Training provided
• No more than minor endorsements on licence (no DR, DD, or similar major offences)
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Good knowledge of the local Guildford/Surrey area preferred
