Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a stable, long‑term role in Cheltenham. The position offers immediate start, full training, and a supportive team environment with flexible hours.

Based in Gloucestershire, the role involves safe driving, daily checks, and occasional loading duties, with weekend free due to Monday‑to‑Friday shifts. Competitive pay is highlighted, and a temp‑to‑perm contract is available.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 driving licence.
• Demonstrate reliable and safety‑minded approach to daily duties.
• Be able to start immediately and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Drive waste and recycling vehicles on pre‑planned routes.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Assist with vehicle loading when required.
• Ensure vehicles are refuelled and ready for the next day.
• Follow health and safety policies at all times.
• Work outside in all weather conditions as needed.
• Maintain flexibility in hours and task allocation.
