Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our client in Nursling, Southampton. Immediate opportunities with potential for permanent positions for the right candidates, with peak-season demand driving growth.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence is required.
• CPC card and Digital Tachograph card are required.
• Reliable and professional attitude; basic numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shuttle runs between satellite distribution centres across the South.
• Perform vehicle checks before and after each shift.
• Receive full training and gain industry experience.
• Opportunity for temp-to-perm perm after probation period.

Job description

The Best Connection is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for our well-established client based in Nursling, Southampton.

Due to increased demand and peak-season growth, we have immediate opportunities available with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidates.

Pay Rates

• - £17.23 per hour
• - Up to £34.46 per hour on weekends during peak periods
• - Weekly pay every Friday

Location

• - Nursling, Southampton

Shift Pattern

• - AM or PM shifts available
• - Start times between 04:00 and 06:00 or 12:00 and 18:00
• - Working any 5 days out of 7
• - Weekend availability required
