Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting reliable Class 2 HGV drivers for a well-established logistics operation in the Basingstoke area. Flexible shifts and a path to permanent employment are offered.

Role involves delivering across the UK, multi-drop work, and maintaining high safety standards. Start times are early morning, with rota patterns including 5 on/3 off or 4 on/2 off. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Recent driving experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle to deliver goods across the UK.
• Complete 25-30 residential deliveries per shift, including multi-drop work.
• Deliver goods safely and professionally to customer's homes.
• Load and unload vehicles safely.
• Carry out pre- and post-journey vehicle checks.
• Follow scheduled routes and communicate with dispatch.
• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and legal driving requirements.

We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to support a well-established logistics operation in the Basingstoke area. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

Shift Patterns for the HGV 2 Driver:

• 5 on 3 off rota pattern / 4 on 2 off rota pattern
• Start times between 05:00-06:00 AM

What You'll Be Doing As a HGV 2 Driver:

• Operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle to deliver goods across the UK
