Job summary

Sydenhams Limited in Winchester is seeking a conscientious HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver to undertake multi-drop deliveries to residential addresses and building sites in the Winchester area. You will be the face of the business, liaising with the branch team to ensure delivery services run efficiently and on time; CPC and a HGV Class 2 licence are required, with HIAB experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CPC qualification.
• HGV Class 2 (CAT C) licence is required.
• HIAB/cranes experience preferred but not essential.
• Numerate and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-drop routes to residential and building sites around Winchester.
• Liaise with branch team to ensure efficient delivery service.
• Provide customer-facing service as the face of the company.

The Role:

Our drivers are the face of our company and often serve as the first point of contact with our customers. The successful candidate will be working on multi-drop deliveries to residential and building sites in and around the Winchester area, liaising with the team at the branch to ensure our delivery services run efficiently and effectively.

The key values and skills required when working as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver at our Builders Merchants are:
