Job summary

HG Recruitment Solutions is seeking reliable HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing, dayshift work in Wellingborough (NN8 4TG). Start times are between 06:00 and 08:00, with up to 3 deliveries per shift and 1–3 drops over ~11 hours. Work is ongoing with regular shifts and competitive pay.

Weekly pay is provided, with holiday accrual. Eligible drivers will have a valid UK HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, and must meet the points limit and experience requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid UK HGV Class 2 licence is required.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and Working Time rules.
• Reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Up to 3 deliveries per shift.
• Approximately 1–3 drops per shift/11 hr shifts.
• Start times between 06:00 and 08:00.
• No handball; side loaded/unloaded by site.
• Ongoing regular work.

Pay Rates

• Days Monday to Friday £18.00ph holiday accrued
• Days Monday to Friday £20.07ph holiday inclusive

Estimated weekly pay £1130.85 based on 55 hrs holiday inclusive
