Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Class 2 Refuse Driver for an immediate start in Alfreton. The role involves driving a refuse truck with a loader team, covering Nottingham and Derby, with early starts and occasional Saturdays.

This temp-to-perm position requires a UK driving licence, HGV Class C entitlement, and CPC card; previous driving experience is helpful but not essential. Salary is paid hourly with staged increases and pro rata holiday accrual.

Job Description

We have additional requirements for a Class 2 Refuse Driver based out of Alfreton.

Immediate Starts
Temp to Perm position
Early starts with early finish daily.

This role consists of driving a refuse truck, with a team of loaders, within the area of Nottingham and derby, amazing opportunity for a candidate with driving experience to be a part of a fast and growing team.

Previous experience is not essential, but licence needs to be held for a minimum of 1 year.

Duration: This is a temp to perm position.

Contract Type: Permanent

Hourly Rate: The first 12 weeks you will earn £14.50 for the first 8 hours and £21.75 per hour after 8 hours and for Saturday.After 12 weeks you will see an increase to £15.67 per hour for the first 8 hours and to £23.56 per hour after 8 hours and on Saturday.You accrue up to 28 days holiday per year (pro rata).Please not we do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday0530 - 1400 each dayAlso occasional Saturdays paid at time and a half
