Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a leading home delivery operation based in Maidstone. This is a long-term, full-time role with ongoing work, weekly PAYE pay, and full training and support.

You will drive with a Driver's Mate, delivering to customers' homes while upholding high standards of service and safety. The role suits active individuals who value reliability and teamwork. Flexibility is essential as shifts vary, with 48-hour overtime pay applying.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence (Category C).
• Driver CPC Certification required.
• Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers' homes with a Driver's Mate.
• Provide a professional, friendly and reliable service.
• Complete deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure legal compliance.
• Make pre-delivery calls where required and obtain POD.
• Ensure deliveries are completed on schedule and with care.
• Unload goods safely and assist with unloading as needed.
