Job summary

Cleansing Service Group Limited, operating as Eurotech within the UK, is seeking a driver for a permanent, full-time role based out of Cadishead. You will collect non-hazardous waste in a Class 2 vehicle, handle paperwork, and maintain high customer service levels while working around 40 hours weekly with some nights out.

The role requires an HGV Class 2 licence, a Digi-card, good IT basics, and a flexible approach to duties.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence required or equivalent, Digi-card present.
• Experience delivering customer service in a field role.
• Basic IT literacy; paperwork and tablet-based duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate Class 2 vehicle to collect non-hazardous waste.
• Perform daily duties with heavy lifting and some nights out when required.
• Liaise with customers and maintain high service standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time; ensure safety compliance.

Salary: Up to £46,000 p/a

Role Accountabilities:

• The driver will be collecting non-hazardous waste in a Class 2 Vehicle.
• Daily duties will involve some heavy lifting.
• Eurotech Driver based out of Cadishead.
• Must be willing to spend nights out away on the odd occasion. (night out payment).
• Advising & communicating with customers.
• Averaging 40 hours a week, plus overtime. (approx 15 hours per week)
• Ensure that all driver related paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Raise any issues, problems, or concerns with your Line Manager at the earliest opportunity.
• Deal with Customers in a manner that retains their loyalty to the Company and delivers an outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with the Group's Health and Safety policy and behaviours.
• Drive and operate Company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and legal manner.

The Candidate:

• HGV Class 2 Licence
• Previous relevant driving experience and possession of a Digi-card
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
• A level of written and mathematical skills, as there will be paperwork involved.
• A flexible approach to the role
• Experience of working in the waste sector, full training will be given
• A basic understanding of IT, works are delivered with a handheld tablet.
