Job summary

A logistics company based in Liverpool is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing multi-drop delivery work. Ideal candidates will have full HGV Class 2 licenses, a digital tacho card, and a valid CPC card. Flexible shift patterns on a 4 on 4 off basis are required, with shifts lasting around 8-10 hours. Drivers can expect guaranteed shifts, immediate starts, and a £10 tax-free meal allowance per shift, along with weekly pay. This is a temp to perm contract with opportunities for license progression.

Qualifications

• Must have full HGV Class 2 license and will accept new passes.
• Must demonstrate a good understanding of Drivers hours and regulations.
• Must have a good understanding of the working time directive.

Overview

We are now recruiting for HGV Class 2 drivers for ongoing work for a well-known retailer with its own distribution sector based in Speke. This is multi drop deliveries for the company. The vacancy will require flexibility from the HGV Driver with start times predominantly on days. This is a 7 day coverage and weekend work will be required. Hence the ideal applicants would be happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The work will consist of store deliveries on roll cages (approx. 2-3 drops). Temp to perm contract and after qualifying probationary period will be funded by the company to progress and obtain their Class 1 licence.
