Job summary

Saffron Vantage Ltd. is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Leicester-based team. The role involves multi-drop deliveries across LE postcodes with 6–9 drops per day, 10-hour shifts, and starts around 7:00–8:00. Immediate AM start options and part-time ad-hoc shifts are available.

Pay ranges from £18.00–£22.45 per hour (PAYE/ Umbrella PAYE). Weekly pay every Friday and opportunities for flexible and full-time positions are offered. CPC and Digi Card are required.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 license held with CPC and Digi Card.
• Basic English for spoken and written communication.
• Understanding of driver hours and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive curtain side HGV Class 2 vehicle with 8–9 drops per day in LE postcodes.
• Deliver pallets with or without forklift/tail lift assistance.
• Adhere to UK road transport regulations and company policies.

HGV Class 2 Driver – Immediate Starts – Leicester

AM Shifts | Competitive Pay | Weekly Pay

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team in the Leicester area. Whether you're an experienced driver or newly qualified, we have opportunities for you!

The Role:

As a HGV Class 2 Driver, your main responsibility will be driving a curtain lorry, delivering pallets around LE post code areas between 6-9 drops per day, Either forklifted off or delivered using a tail lift. 10 hour shifts on average with start times ranging from 07:00 to 08:00.

• Immediate starts available for AM start times
• Multi Drop deliveries, 1-2 runs per day delivering to LE post codes
• Guaranteed 8 hours of pay, usually 10 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday (Saturdays optional)
• Pay rates from £18.00 - £22.45 (PAYE / Umbrella PAYE contract)
• Immediate starts available for Morning shifts
• ADHOC shifts also available for part time drivers

What We’re Looking For:

• HGV Class 2 Driver with 6 months driving experience, however newly passed drivers are also accepted
• No more than 6* points on your license* (not essential)
• A valid CPC, Driver’s License, and Digi Card are required
• Basic English language skills, both spoken and written
• Understanding of driver’s hours and regulations when working as a HGV Class 2 Driver
