Job summary

Platinum People are recruiting for 3x HGV Class 2 Driver roles for a client in Wetherby. The positions involve manual keg deliveries to pubs, bars, restaurants and casinos, with pre-loaded vehicles and a driver’s mate.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, 06:00 starts, with 12–14 drops daily. Full induction including manual handling training is paid after 2 weeks. Pay starts at £16.54 per hour, with £18.54 per hour including rolled up holiday pay. Temp to perm options.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence cat C.
• Digi + CPC Card.

Responsibilities

• Manual delivery of kegs to pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos, etc.
• Two-man delivery teams with a driver's mate for assistance.
• Mon-Fri shift pattern with 06:00 start and 12–14 drops daily.
• Full induction including manual handling training (paid after 2 weeks).

• Manual delivery of kegs to store rooms/cellars of pubs, bars, restaurants, casinos etc
• All vehicles are pre loaded and routes pre planned, 2 man delivery teams with a drivers mate for assistance
• Monday-Friday shift pattern 06:00 start, 12-14 drops daily
• Full induction including manual handling training given (paid after 2 weeks)

Pay HGV Class 2 Driver:

• £16.54 ph - Monday-Friday
• £18.54 ph Monday-Friday including rolled up holiday pay
• Temp to perm available
