Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for ongoing temporary work with a logistics business based in Skelmersdale. The role involves a busy multidrop delivery operation with Monday to Friday shifts starting between 5am and 7am, and shifts averaging 10 hours.

Pay is £17.93 per hour, weekly, including holidays. You will be delivering and unloading with forklift and pump truck, completing paperwork, and maintaining safe professional driving standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points on licence with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes.

Responsibilities

• Complete 10–12 multidrop deliveries per day.
• Unload using forklift and pump truck.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
• Maintain safe and professional driving standards at all times.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:
