Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver in Bradford for a minimum 4-week temporary assignment with a busy logistics business. The role covers deliveries between the Midlands and Teesside, with all unloading handled by forklift.

You will work Monday to Friday, starting at 6am, and be paid £17.93 per hour (including holiday pay). A valid Class 2 licence with CPC and Tachograph, plus clean licence, are required.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 2 licence with 1 year of driving experience.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• No more than 6 points and no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries between the Midlands and Teesside.
• Maintain safe and professional driving standards.
• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.

Connect Appointments are recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver for a minimum 4-week temporary assignment with an established logistics business based in Bradford.

Our client operates a busy distribution route between the Midlands and Teesside, with all deliveries taken off by forklift and no manual handling involved.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday, 6am start
• Paid weekly at £17.93 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include:

• Completing deliveries between the Midlands and Teesside

To be considered as an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with a minimum of 1 year's driving experience

• No more than 6 points on your licence, with no DR, DD, DG, CD, IN or TT endorsement codes
