Job summary

Connect Appointments is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver for a timber and building materials distribution company in Grangemouth. The role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity with a salary of £30,000 per annum plus bonuses upon going permanent. Drivers will complete various deliveries using a forklift, requiring a valid Class 2 licence and minimum two years’ experience. Flexible start times and competitive hourly pay of £14.42 during the temporary period are also available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a HGV Class 2 Driver.
• No more than 6 points on your licence, no serious endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries of wood-based panels and sheet materials across Scotland.
• Perform 3 to 12 drops per day depending on the route.
• Utilize forklift for deliveries with minimal manual handling.

Connect Driver Solutions is recruiting a HGV Class 2 Driver for an established timber and building materials distribution business based in Grangemouth.

Our client supplies wood-based panels and sheet materials to trade and construction customers across Scotland, with drivers completing between 3 and 12 drops per day depending on the route. The majority of deliveries are taken off at point by forklift, with minimal manual handling required.

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need:
