Job summary

MFK Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver based in Edinburgh to safely load, deliver and collect heavy plant equipment across the region.

You will conduct vehicle checks, demonstrate hire equipment, and complete paperwork while maintaining high safety and customer service standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers a £34,000 salary with an average £1,500 bonus, Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm, with overtime and Sunday shift options.

Qualifications

• Experience in HGV driving with plant machinery or heavy equipment.
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Recent experience towing trailers.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and professional attitude.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company supplying equipment to the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors.

The Role

As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, delivery, and collection of heavy plant equipment to customer sites across the region. You'll play an important role in ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
