Aligra is seeking reliable HGV Class 2 drivers for a Doncaster refuse collection role. Enjoy a four-day working week, with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply!

Role includes local street routes, teamwork with the loading crew, and bin loading when required. £580.80 weekly base pay plus £71.60 weekly retention bonus, with overtime after 40 hours.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence required.
• UK Digi Card and CPC Card required.
• Safety shoes and Hi Vis PPE provided by site.

Responsabilités

• Safely drive a refuse vehicle around Doncaster’s local streets.
• Collaborate with the loading team to ensure efficient collections.
• Load bins as needed to keep Doncaster clean and tidy.

Our client in Doncaster is seeking reliable HGV Class Drivers 2 for refuse collection. Enjoy a fantastic four-day working week in an ongoing role, with the potential to go permanent for the right person. Newly qualified drivers are very welcome to apply!

Have you worked for GXO, DHL or Eddie Stobart? If so, this role could be perfect for you!

What’s in it for you?

• £580.80 per week + £71.60 weekly retention bonus (based on a 40 hour week)
• Overtime at £21.78 per hour (after 40 hours)
• Tuesday to Friday, 06:30 start, finishing when the job is done (typically around 17:30)

What you’ll do:

• Safely drive a refuse vehicle around Doncaster’s local streets
• Collaborate closely with your loading team to ensure efficient collections
• Load bins as needed, helping to keep Doncaster clean and tidy

What you’ll need:

• A valid HGV Class 2 licence
• UK Digi Card and CPC Card
• Safety shoes and Hi Vis (no set uniform required, as all specialised PPE will be provided by site)
