Job summary

Jewson in Dereham is seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 driver to join our team. You will deliver building materials to customers, load/unload, and operate the HIAB crane when required. Multidrop experience is a plus but not essential.

This role features social hours 07:00 – 16:30 with alternate Saturdays 08:00-12:00, a fully funded induction, and opportunities for progression. STARK Retirement Savings Plan, life assurance, staff discounts, and CPC training are included.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card.
• Multidrop experience is handy but not a necessity.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver building materials to customers with a professional approach.
• Load and unload, operate the crane, and support team members as needed.

What To Expect

As a customer delivery driver and the face of the company, we’ll need you to safely deliver building materials to our customers with a professional and friendly approach. Every day is different, from the number of drops you’ll do, to where you will be delivering. You’ll be loading and unloading, operating the crane and supporting team members when needed, offering you job satisfaction in an incredibly varied role.

What are we looking for?

• A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• A valid CPC Card and Digi Tachograph card
• Whilst multidrop experience is handy, it’s not a necessity
