Job summary

A Birmingham-based role with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeking a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver for a busy waste collection team. You will operate Class 2 vehicles, collect waste daily, and ensure accurate data entry on a tablet.

Hours are Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, start times around 4:00am, and full PPE/uniform provided. Overtime applies after 40 hours with weekly pay and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as a professional driver with HGV Class 2 licence.
• Reliable and safety-conscious with good customer service.
• Willingness to work varying start times and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles.
• Complete daily commercial waste collection routes efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Weigh bins and record data using a tablet.
• Maintain clean and tidy customer sites.
• Comply with health & safety, waste regulations and driver hours.

Pay Rate: From £15.59 per hour

Overtime: £19.49 per hour after 40 hours

Hours: Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays required

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-conscious HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy commercial waste collection team based in Birmingham.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for an experienced driver who enjoys working independently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
