Job summary

Clear Channel UK is seeking a Construction Operative in St Helens. You will work in a two-person crew to break ground and install digital units, with access to a HGV Class 2 vehicle. Some travel and night shifts may be required with lodgings provided.

The role offers a £39,000 salary, an annual bonus, and generous holiday and pension benefits, plus tools and PPE provided. You will join a site-based team delivering outdoor advertising installations across regions.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Class 2 HGV licence.
• CPCS A36 Lorry loader (novice or above).
• CPCS Slinger.
• NRSWA accreditation to Operative standard.
• CDM knowledge.
• Excavation and sub-structure knowledge.
• Understanding RAMS.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Competency in the use of power tools such as hydraulic breakers and disc saws.

Responsibilities

• Transport digital units from the depot to the installation site via a HGV truck.
• Break ground and install digital units.
• Replace component level parts on digital units.
• Follow the Construction Design and Management regulations 2015.
• Ensure traffic management is in place before starting work with segregation/prevention measures.
• Follow Health and Safety policy and site risk assessments.
• Use equipment safely, including working at height, and keep tools/equipment safe on site.
