Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd is recruiting for HGV 1 Tanker drivers for Bridgwater depot, with a full-time, permanent role. The job involves farm milk collections (8–18 per day) and a 10-hour shift; training will be provided on tanker collections. The site operates 24/7 and weekend work is required.

DIGI and CPC cards must be valid, and prior tanker experience is preferred. Shifts include day and night pay rates with overtime after 47.5 hours.

HGV 1 Tanker Driver - Bridgwater

Due to rapid expansion of the business we are currently recruiting Class 1 Tanker drivers for atemp to permfull timeposition at our busy Bridgwater depot. MMID is part of well-established and well known international dairy company with modern and well looked after fleet.

The role consists of farm collections, it can be anything from 8 up to 15 collections a day. You may be asked to drive Class 2 vehicle as and when needed.

Immediate start for successful candidates.

Shifts available:

• 7:00 Tuesday - Saturday

Day pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £17.30 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.46)
• Saturday £19.46
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95

Nights pay rates:

• Monday – Friday £19.77 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.92)
• Saturday £21.92
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

What we are looking for:

• You will be required to collect milk from farms, between 8 and 18 collections per day.
• 10 hours per shift.
• Hands on role.
• Site operates 24/7, 365 days a year. If your rota falls on bank hols, they must be worked (for e.g. Xmas day).
• 1 months training will be provided on tanker collections.
