People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Steel Delivery Driver to join our client in Kingswinford, West Midlands. The role involves delivering steel products safely, driving Category CE vehicles and ensuring loads are secure.

You must have a UK CE licence, CPC, tachograph card, and a clean licence. We offer excellent pay rates, weekly pay, ongoing work and immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Category CE driving licence
• Minimum 18 months' experience driving CE vehicles
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than six penalty points for minor offences
• No major endorsement codes
• Mandatory previous experience transporting steel
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of load security and road safety
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Excellent punctuality and timekeeping

Responsibilities

• Delivering steel products safely and efficiently

• Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

HGV Class 1 Steel Delivery Driver – Dudley

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Steel Delivery Driver to join our well-established client based in Kingswinford, West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, weekly pay and immediate starts with a well-established business.

This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Steel Driver, LGV Class 1 Driver, Category CE Driver, Steel Delivery Driver or Articulated Lorry Driver.

Rates of Pay:

• £17.50 – £19.00 per hour DOE

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• Start times between 04:00 – 07:00

Day-to-Day Duties:

As an HGV Class 1 Steel Delivery Driver, your duties will include:
