Job summary

Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Wakefield. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates and includes night shifts with weekend work likely.

Some manual handling of cages and tail lift operations are required, along with daily vehicle checks and deliveries to RDCs and stores. The ideal candidate holds a HGV C+E licence (minimum 6 months), a valid Digital Tachograph Card and CPC, with no more than 6 points on the licence.

Qualifications

• HGV C+E licence held for at least 6 months.
• No DR10, CD10 or IN10 offences and no more than 6 points on licence.
• Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to RDCs and stores.
• Stores deliveries unloaded using tail lift and cages.
• Vehicle checks.
• Shift patterns to include weekends when required.

Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Wakefield. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.
Any shift to include a weekend day.
This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.
Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering to RDCs and stores.
• Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
• Vehicle checks
• Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.

Nights

• Nights: 13:00 – 21:00 starts

Rates are the same Monday – Sunday.
The ideal candidate.

• Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 6 months
• No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
• Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
