Job summary

Rapier Employment Limited is currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our client in Bradford. This long-term, ongoing role offers weekend shifts and involves manual handling of cages and tail lift work.

You will be delivering to RDCs and stores, performing vehicle checks and adhering to safety standards. Ideal candidates hold a HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months, with a minimum of 3 months commercial experience.

Qualifications

• HGV C+E licence held for at least 12 months.
• Minimum 3 months commercial driving experience for insurance.
• No DR10, CD10 or IN10 convictions; max 6 points.
• Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to RDCs and stores.
• Stores deliveries require unloading with tail lift and cages.
• Vehicle checks and daily safety checks.

Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Bradford. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates.

Any shift to include a weekend day.

This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work.

Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering to RDCs and stores.


• Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.


• Vehicle checks


• Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.

Days

• Over time £ after 8 hours


• Rolled up holiday pay - Days - £


• Rolled up holiday pay - Days OT - £

Nights

• Over time £ after 8 hours


• Rolled up holiday pay - Nights - £


• Rolled up holiday pay - Nights - £

Rates are the same Monday - Sunday.

The ideal candidate.

• Held your HGV C+E licence for at least 12 months


• You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes


• No DR10's No CD10's No IN10's - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS
