Job summary

Culina transport is recruiting permanent HGV Class 1 drivers to join our Doncaster depot, supporting Asda and UK supermarket networks. You will work night shifts with options Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday, starting 18:00–23:00.

Pay rates range from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour on nights, plus a tax-free meal allowance (£5 per shift) and a night-out allowance (£25). Benefits include 28 days holiday, uniform and PPE, DCPC training, life assurance, and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HGV 1/C+E licence and have DCPC & Tacho Card.
• Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence and no DD/DR convictions.
• Understand and comply with Driver's hours and WTD legislation.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the transport team.

The roles are full time, working on a permanent basis, with ideal shift patterns available on Nights below:

• Sunday to Thursday Nights
• Tuesday to Saturday Nights
• Wednesday to Sunday Nights

Shifts typically start between 18:00 - 23:00, We offer flexibility in shift patterns, so if these start dates and times don't quite suit your availability, let us know what you're looking for, we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences. Pay Rates: We have increased our pay rates, with rates now ranging from £16.35 to £18.96 per hour on Nights, depending on shift - giving you even more reason to build your driving career with us.

• Mon-Fri Nights - £16.35 per hour
• Saturday and Sunday Nights - £18.65 per hour
• Bank Holidays - £18.96 per hour.

On top of base salary our HGV Drivers will be entitled to £5 per shift tax-free meal allowance, and £25 per night out tax-free allowance, As part of our drive to make Culina transport a great place to work.
