Job summary

Romac Logistics in Wolverhampton is seeking a full-time Class 1 driver to join a reliable team. You will undertake trunking between depots and RDCs, perform refrigerated deliveries, and ensure vehicle checks and paperwork are completed accurately.

The role requires a valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, Driver CPC, and a solid understanding of driver hours and the Working Time Directive. A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 licence (C+E) and Driver CPC/Digital Tachograph card.
• Good understanding of driver hours and Working Time Directive.
• Strong work ethic with reliable timekeeping.
• Experience with refrigerated or RDC work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Self-tipping where required.
• Carry out class 1 trunking between depots and RDCs.
• Perform refrigerated trailer deliveries.
• Complete vehicle checks and transport paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with driver hours and WTD regulations.
• Some self-tip deliveries if needed.
• Operate safely and professionally at all times.
