Job summary

Romac Logistics Ltd. is recruiting drivers to join our UK distribution network from Bradford. The role involves trunking between depots and RDCs using Class 1 (C+E) vehicles and refrigerated trailers, with 4 on 4 off shifts from 14:00 to 16:00 starts.

You will complete daily vehicle checks, maintain paperwork and comply with UK driving regulations. The role offers full training, a supportive team, progression opportunities, a company pension, holiday allowance, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations.
• Strong work ethic, timekeeping, and reliability.
• Experience with refrigerated or RDC work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 (C+E) vehicles – trunking between depots and Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs)
• Operate refrigerated trailers, ensuring product integrity and on-time delivery
• Complete daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork and digital logs
• Comply with UK driving regulations and the Working Time Directive
• Keep your vehicle clean and presentable (some self-tipping required)
