Job summary

Hardi & Co Ltd is seeking a HGV driver for an immediate start in Nottingham (NG8). The role is full-time and temporary, with an initial 6–10 week assignment and strong potential for extension.

You will work five days per week with tramping and average 13-hour shifts, starting between midday and evening. You must hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, plus prior Class 1 driving experience and a solid understanding of drivers’ hours regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience
• Willingness to tramp and extended shifts
• Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulations

Responsibilities

• Drive 13-hour shifts on a 5-day week
• Tramping required with start times between midday and evening
• Initial 4–6 week assignment with possible extension
• Provide reliable, professional service and adhere to regulations
