Job summary

Hardi & Co Ltd in S71 (Barnsley) is seeking a HGV Class 1 driver for an immediate start. This temporary, full-time role offers a 5-day week with 13-hour shifts and tramping, with start times between midday and evening.

Salary is £1,100 per week. Initial 4–6 weeks with strong potential for longer-term work, and a supportive recruitment team to assist throughout the assignment. Valid HGV Class 1 licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence is required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience is required.
• Comfortable with tramping and extended shifts.
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and working time regulations.
• Reliable and professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicle for 5 days per week.

The Role
