Job summary

Adapt Logistics Recruitment seeks HGV Class 1 drivers for night trunks in Crewe. The role operates on a 4 on, 4 off pattern starting from the Crewe depot at 2100. The position pays £19.05 per hour including holiday pay, or £17.00 per hour if accrued.

Applicants must hold a valid C&E licence with at least 12 months experience, have no more than 6 points, hold a DCPC card, and have knowledge of EU hours and WTR rules. Health & Safety awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 12 months in C&E work).
• No more than 6 minor points on Driving licence.
• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card.
• Good working knowledge of EU Driver hours and WTR rules.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Experience pulling fridge trailers is required.
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern starting from depot in Crewe at 2100.
• Be able to work nights at Crewe depot.

• £19.05 ph inc holiday or £17.00 ph if accrued.

Our client is looking for HGV Class1 drivers out of Crewe with experience pulling fridge trailers. This is an ongoing position on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern starting from their depot in Crewe at 2100.

• Hold a valid C&E Driving licence (with a min of 12 months in C&E work)

• DCPC Valid card for Driver Certificate of professional competence card

Our drivers can expect Hourly PAYE rates and have the option to accrue holiday pay within their hourly rate or build a holiday pot to be paid when they are on holiday.
