Job summary

Unipart is recruiting for a delivery driver based in Doncaster. You will deliver products to sites, ensuring a great customer experience and compliance with customer procedures. Regular vehicle checks and pre/post journey inspections are required.

The role involves loading/unloading, safe driving within tachograph rules, and maintaining paperwork and vehicle condition. Night shifts are expected, with night out allowances where applicable.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence.
• HGV Class 1 driving experience required.
• Digital tachograph card is preferred.
• Driver CPC holder is required.
• Able to provide good customer service and build relationships.
• Willing to work regular nights out.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre and post-use inspections of vehicles.
• Load and unload the vehicle, ensuring products are secured to minimise damage.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Drive safely in line with tachograph regulations and hours rules.
• Ensure paperwork is filled, signed and dated.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and follow defect procedures.
