Job summary

Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 drivers for night shifts in Kettering. PAYE rates include days and nights, with weekend premiums and overtime available. The role features a Fri–Mon shift pattern, long-term ongoing work, on-site canteen and weekly pay from Staffline.

New drivers are welcome, with a clean licence (no more than 6 points) and Digi card with DQC. On-site support and access to staff perks are provided as part of a reliable, ongoing assignment.

Qualifications

• New drivers are welcome to apply.
• No more than six points on your licence.
• You must have a Digi card and DQC.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries by HGV Class 1 to depots and stores.
• Depot and store deliveries with no break deductions.
• Regular weekend work and shifts on a Fri–Mon pattern.

Job description

Staffline is currently recruiting, HGV Class 1 drivers, on nights for our very well-known and reputable client based in Kettering.

PAYE rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:

• Monday to Friday Days - £20.73 per hour
• Monday to Friday Nights - £21.98 per hour
• Weekend Days - £22.73 per hour
• Weekend Nights - £23.98 per hour
• 6th shift OT - £22.50 per hour
• Bank Holiday Days - £22.73
• Bank Holiday Nights - £23.98

Shift Pattern: Variable start times over a Fri-Mon Pattern

Your Time at Work

As a Class 1 HGV Driver, the work will involve depot and store delivery work. No deduction of break will apply.

The site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long-term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment, we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply. Regular weekend work available. We have other sites locally that work will be available at if for any reasons shifts are not available.
